01/12/12 The National Weather Service has issued a winter storm warning for Marshall County. They are forecasting heavy snow and blowing snow. Up to 6-9 inches of snow is expected. The winter storm warning is in effect from 4pm EST today until 7pm EST Friday. Snow will develop this afternoon and become heavy at times. Strong westerly winds of 20 to 30 mph with higher gusts will cause considerable blowing and drifting.
