06/08/11 Plymouth Police arrest two on Meth charges.

In the early hours of Tuesday, June 7th at approximately 12:45 a.m. Officer Jordan Rans of the Plymouth Police Department made a routine traffic stop at the intersection of Novelty Street west of Michigan Street.  K-9 unit Rex indicated on the vehicle, which led to further investigation of the vehicle and the discovery of methamphetamine and paraphernalia inside the vehicle. Billy E. Ottinger 34, of Plymouth and Dana E. Richards 43, of Plymouth were both transported to the Marshall County Jail.

Ottinger was booked in for Possession of Methamphetamine and Paraphernalia, Battery Resulting in bodily Injury, and Resisting Law Enforcement. A $2,000.00 cash bond was set, with a court date of June 21st at 8:30am in Marshall County Superior Court #2.

Richards was booked in for Possession of Methamphetamine and Paraphernalia, and Possession of Paraphernalia Reckless-used to Enhance With a Prior charge. Her cash bond is set at $2000.00, with a scheduled court date of June 21st at 8:30am.
