05/24/11 Plymouth Police stays strong in cracking down on Intoxicated Drivers with two arrests over the weekend.

On Thursday May 19th at approximately 11:35pm Officer Dearfield of the Plymouth Police Department made a routine traffic stop at the intersection of North Michigan Street and Klinger Street. It was found that Robert L. Julian 40 of Bremen was intoxicated. Julian was taken to the Marshall County Jail where he was charged with Operating While Intoxicated and had a $1000.00 cash bond, which was paid on May 20th at 9:55AM. Julian has a scheduled court appearance in Marshall County Superior Court #2 on May 31st at 8:30AM

Then on Saturday, May 21st at approximately 4:45AM, Officer Richie was dispatched to Family Express located at 1628 West Jefferson Street in regards to two males, possibly intoxicated in a silver passenger car with out of state license plate and looked to be heading in the direction of the Holiday Inn Express. Officer Richie located the vehicle and made the traffic stop after a traffic violation occurred. After further investigation it was found that Jesus J. Seldner 23, of Guaymas, Mexico was Operating While Intoxicated. Seldner was transported to the Marshall County Jail where his bond was set at $1000.00 cash, which was paid on the same date at 2:10PM. Seldner is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court # 2 on May 31st at 8:30 AM.

 Wal-Mart’s Asset Protection stayed busy with three arrests.

On Thursday May 19th approximately 3:15PM Officer Shively of the Plymouth Police Department responded to Walmart located at 2505 North Oak Drive. After speaking with Asset Protection Associates and an investigation, Wendy O. Wylie 39, of Bourbon was arrested for theft and was taken into custody. She was transported to the Marshall County Jail where she was booked in for theft, a Class D Felony. Wylie’s bond was set at $1000.00 cash. On May 21st at 3:40PM she was released with No Judicial Review. Wylie is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court #1 on May 31st at 8:30AM.

Again, then on Friday May 20th at approximately 8:30 pm Officer Shively again responded to Walmart after he was dispatched for two females that had already had been taken into custody by Wal-Mart’s Asset Protection for theft. After speaking with the Walmart Associates and an investigation was conducted, Kristy Jimerson 35, of Plymouth and Renee M. Craig 35, of Grovertown were arrested for theft.  Jimerson was also charged with Resisting Law Enforcement and has a cash bond of $2,000.00. Jimerson has a scheduled court appearance in Marshall County Superior Court #1 on June 7th at 8:30 AM.   Ms. Craig had a $1,000.00 cash bond, but was released on May 22nd at 8:35PM with No Judicial Review. Craig has a scheduled court appearance in Marshall County Superior # 1on June 7th at 8:30AM.
