suspended-licenseOn Monday, April 20th at 9:45 P.M. Plymouth Police Officer Ben McIntyre conducted a traffic stop at Jackson Heights and Michigan Road for a traffic violation. During the course of the investigation it was found that the driver, 30 year old Darryl Redmond Jr. of Gary was driving while suspended with a prior charge of the same offense. Mr. Redmond was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department where he was held on a $755 cash bond. He was released the next day after posting bond and was issued a Marshall Superior Court II date of May 26th.
