Four Plymouth Rockie Wrestlers get the opportunity to participate in the Merrillville IHSAA Semi-State Saturday. Wrestling begins at 9:30 AM (EST).
Freshman Zane DeVault (19-9) will open up action for the Rockies at 113. He will face the #1 seed Rickie Rodriguez (31-2) from Hammond Morton.
At 126, Rockie Cody Allmon (30-8) will face #3 seed Chris Trent (33-8) from New Prairie. The 182 pound weight class will have Jeremy Splix (31-6) facing #2 seed Daniel Wright (48-3) from Harrison (WL). At 195, Jacob LaFree (29-9) will face #1 seed Chris Kidwell (27-4) from West Lafayette.
