The Marshall County Council will conduct their December meeting on Monday at 9 a.m. in the second floor meeting room of the County Building.
Agenda for the meeting includes approval of the 2015 budget for the Marshall County Convention and Visitor’s Bureau. Executive Director Corey Humes will be on hand to answer and questions.
There are a number of additional appropriations request the County Council will consider including $5,000 for pauper council and $1,299 for equipment maintenance and repair for Circuit Court, $573 for computer equipment in the Sex Offender Fund, $39,000 for machinery and equipment for EMA and $4,000 from the Clerk’s records perpetuation. The council will also have transfers to consider.
During their finally scheduled meeting of the year the County Council is expected to make appointments to the Alcoholic Beverage Commission, Lake of the Woods Sewer District Board, Argos Library Board and the Plymouth Library Board.
The meeting is open to the public and comments are welcome at the beginning of the meeting.
