03/20/14 Plymouth Police Officer Jeremy Enyart was dispatched to the Plymouth High School Monday evening about 7 p.m. for the report of a battery that had occurred in the parking lot.

During the investigation it was alleged by the juvenile victim and witness that 19 year old Ryan Matthew Wood of Holloway Drive in Plymouth approached the vehicle the juveniles were sitting in and opened the passenger side door.  Wood then allegedly struck one of the male juveniles in the face with his fist causing injuries.

Ryan Wood was located later on in the evening and confessed to the battery.  He was lodged in the Marshall County Jail for battery resulting in bodily injury and given a court date of April 22nd for his initial hearing.
