03/12/13 On Saturday, March 9th at approximately 10:00 p.m. Marshall County Sheriff’s Deputy Jordan Rans responded to the 10,000 block of Beth Street, south of Plymouth, in reference to a complaint.
Arriving at the location, Deputy Rans was advised by the home owners that their 19 year old son identified as Bradley W. Vest need to be removed from the residence due to his threatening behavior. He left willingly.
Mr. Vest returned back to the residence several hours later and kicked in the door. Officers were called and located Bradley Vest at a neighbor’s house. He was taken into custody for trespassing, entering a dwelling of another without consent, disorderly conduct, criminal mischief, illegal transportation of alcohol, resisting law enforcement and illegal consumption of alcohol. He was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was held on a $1,005 bond.
