09/02/11 Last Friday morning Plymouth Police Officer Ray West was on routine patrol when he observed a subject driving that he knew was suspended. Officer West conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of South Michigan Street and Hogarth immediately to the north of Webster Elementary School.

Officer West wrote the driver, 46 year old Gerald Craig of Argos a citation and released him and his female passenger, 37 year old Heather White Bragg of Plymouth.

During the inventory of the van for impoundment, Officer West located several items associated with meth.  In-fact, enough items were located to charge Mr. Craig with an illegal drug lab.

Both Mr. Craig and Ms. White Bragg were located down the street by other officers and interviewed.  Ms. White was found to be in the possession of several pills.  She was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance without a doctors’ order, possession of reagents or precursors for the manufacturing of meth and possession of a controlled I substance.  Her bond was set at $5,000.

Jerald Craig was arrested for an illegal drug lab, possession of chemical reagents or precursors for manufacturing and possession of methamphetamine and paraphernalia.  He is being held on a $5,000 cash bond.
