The Food Bank of Northern Indiana will host a mobile food distribution in Marshall and Starke County this week.

On Wednesday, December 8th the drive-thru food distribution will be in Marshall County at Centennial Park, 1660 North Michigan Street.  This distribution will provide assorted frozen food items beginning at 10 a.m. and continuing while supplies last. 

On Thursday, December 9th the drive-thru food distribution will be in Starke County at the Knox United Methodist Church at 201 South Shield Street in Knox.  This distribution will serve 300 households and will be open from 10 a.m. until noon CT.

Both the Marshall and Starke County food distributions will be assorted food items that are offered free of charge. All items are pre-boxed and pre-bagged and available on a first come, first served, while supplies last for those in need of food assistance. There is a limitation of one box per household.

The distributions are drive-thru. Participants are to remain in their vehicle and open their trunk to receive items. An area will be available for self-loading if your trunk does not open.
