25-year-old Anstacio Rios of South Bend was arrested on Sunday, September 19th by Plymouth Police for OIW.

Officer Krynock stopped a vehicle driven by Rios for several traffic infractions at Michigan Street and Skylane Drive. During the stop, Rios was found to be Operating the vehicle While Intoxicated by alcohol with a passenger under the age of eighteen.

Mr. Rios was offered a certified chemical test and was incarcerated at the Marshall County Jail for OWI and held on a $1,500 cash bond.
