Tullis state bound
NEW CARLISLE – Plymouth finished 15th and Culver Academy 16th at the New Prairie Semi-state cross country race Saturday. The Academy’s Sam Tullis qualified for the state meet, finishing 11th overall. Nolan Bales was Plymouth’s top finisher (31st).
