06/22/11 On Monday, June 20th at approximately 9:55 p.m. K-9 Officer Weir of the Plymouth Police Department initiated traffic stop at the intersection of Fifth and Garro Streets. After an investigation it was found that the driver, Brenda L. Duncan 42, of Plymouth was intoxicated.
Officer Weir then walked K-9 Rex around the vehicle where Rex indicated the presence of some type of narcotics. After a search of the vehicle, suspected marijuana and paraphernalia was located. Duncan was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail where she was booked in for Possession of Marijuana and Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated with a $1,000.00 cash bond. Duncan is scheduled to appear in Marshall County Superior Court #2 on June 28th at 8:30 a.m.
