County BuildingThe Marshall County Drainage Board and Commissioners are meeting Monday morning.

At 8:30 the Drainage Board will meet in the second floor meeting room of the County Building.  The agenda includes support for the NRCS-CD grant application.  Chris Waidner will be back in for a discussion of 2B Road and the board will consider a request for the temporary use in the right-of-way on the Schuh Ditch.

The Drainage Board will hear about damage to the L. Pontius Tile by Century Link and there will be a request for a private bridge crossing on the Lemert-Powell ditch.

The Commissioner’s meeting is scheduled for 9:30 and will include the Highway Department report, a presentation by Plan Director Ty Adley for a zoning change for Hensley Fabricating and a sign placement request by Wayne Lamberson.

In other business the Commissioners will hear the County Attorney Report and get an update on the FEMA funds from the February flood.

Both meetings are open to the public and comments and questions are welcome.
