On Saturday, February 10th, Bourbon Police Officer Matt Geiger was dispatched to 1101 North Thayer Street, Apartment 3 for a domestic disturbance.
An investigation found the Shannon A. Flowers and Paula Henson had been in an argument and there was property damage but no charges were filed. Officer Geiger noted that the females had been drinking.
About an hour later police were dispatched back to the apartment due to a complaint from a neighbor.
The officer observed additional damage in the apartment and arrested both for disorderly conduct. They were booked into the Marshall County Jail and held on $500 cash bonds. There initial hearings in Marshall Superior Court II will be on March 6th.
Bourbon Officer Geiger was assisted at the scene by officer from the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department.
