MugShot_Kevin DyerOn Tuesday, February 6, County Officers Bryant and Smith and officers with the Drug Task Force located and arrested 47 year old Kevin Dyer of West Randolph Street in LaPaz on an outstanding warrant.

Officers located Mr. Dyer in a parking lot behind the American Legion in LaPaz.   He fled from Officer Bryant but was quickly apprehended and found to be possessing methamphetamine.

Kevin Dyer is currently lodged in the Marshall County Jail on a $10,000 cash bond for the warrant and a $5,000 cash bond on the new charges of Possession of Methamphetamine and Resisting Law Enforcement.
