A traffic Stop was conducted near the intersection of Baker Street and Columbus Drive Thursday night, February 1st.
Through an investigation by Officer Matthew Emenhiser it was discovered that the driver, 18 year old Alberto Cervera of South Bend was operating while intoxicated. He was transported to the Marshall County Jail and charged with that crime.
