County snow plowThe snow overnight on Saturday sent employees of the Marshall County Highway Department into works Sunday morning at 7 a.m.  The worked a full shift working to clear roadways for Sunday travel.

Jason Peters, Supervisor of County Highways said with the increased winds, drop in temperature, and the additional snow fall expected, the highway department will start at 4 a.m. Monday. Peters said, “This should give us a head start on treating slick road condition and addressing the drifting snow before the rush hour and school bus travel starts for the day.”
