Plymouth Color Logo2014The City of Plymouth will conduct their regular meetings on Monday, January 22nd in the conference room at the Plymouth Fire Department.

The Board of Public Works and Safety will meet at 6 p.m. Their agenda includes reports from the various city department heads, including the City Engineer who will continue the discussion of the North Plum and West Jefferson Street intersection, Baker Street survey issues, OTR Report for the Baker Street Project, and the Baker Ditch Bridge with the US 30 ramp detour.

Clerk Treasurer Jeanine Xaver will request authorization to enter into the Agreement for the Preparation of the Indiana Medicaid Freestanding Governmental Ambulance Provider Cost Report for the year ending December 31, 2017 and a subsequent agreement between Plymouth Community Ambulance Service and the State of Indiana for its annual governmental ambulance payment adjustment for managed care services.

The Common Council meeting is scheduled to begin at 6:30. The agenda includes a report from the subcommittee on fee schedules in the city, a request by the clerk to cancel the 2015 uncashed checks and a resolution to transfer cash from the Rainy Day Fund to the Plymouth Greenways trail Project Fund.

The city meetings are open to the public and comments and questions on agenda items are welcome.  Anyone attending the city meetings should use the south entrance door.
