Marshall County Policeman Giordano conducted a traffic stop on Monday, January 15th in the area of Michigan Street and US 6 in LaPaz about 7:15 p.m.
During the stop the driver, 44 year old Shawn T. Buck of LaPaz was found to have a suspended driver`s license and was operating a vehicle while intoxicated.
Buck was arrested and booked into the Marshall County Jail for OWI Endangering and OWI with a BAC of .15% or more and held on a $3,000 cash bond.
A passenger in the vehicle, 49 year old Bryan Heims also of LaPaz was also taken into custody for an active parole
violation warrant through Indiana. He was held with no bond.
