The Plymouth 9th grade boys basketball team traveled to conference rival Warsaw on Thursday night. In a back and forth hard fought battle, Plymouth came away with an exciting 37 to 36 win. In a fast paced, aggressive, defensive battle, Plymouth was able to give themselves a chance for the win with 7.2 seconds remaining and down by 2. Adam Hunter, who led the Pilgrims with 23 points, was able to knock down the game winning 3 point shot. Tommy Dolan added 8 points, and Joe Barron had all 6 of his big points in the 4th quarter. Plymouth improves to 3 and 0 on the year, and 2 and 0 in conference play. They travel to Northwood next Thursday for another tough conference battle starting at 7:15 pm.
