BourbonPoliceFriday evening just after 10 Bourbon Police Officer Adam Hudson was notified of a possibly impaired driver.

 

At 10:20 Officer Hudson and Officer Gleason stopped a vehicle matching the description of the suspects vehicle near North Main and Liberty Streets in Bourbon.

During their investigation 48 year old Barry L. Brady of Indianapolis was determined to be operating a vehicle while intoxicated, driving while suspended, was in possession of marijuana, driving left of center and had an open alcoholic beverage container in the vehicle. It was also learned that Mr. Brady had two active warrants through LaPorte County.

Barry Brady was booked into the Marshall County Jail on a $3,000 cash bond.
