Highlights: The Pilgrim bats were not enough to balance out the walks allowed and errors tonight. Plymouth started strong, scoring 3 runs in the first and second innings, with a 7 run fourth inning. The lead over Warsaw at the time (13-3) was not enough to seal a win for the Pilgrims. A tough night on the mound for Keilman put many Tiger batters on base with 10 walks and 3 errors for Plymouth. While the game was a tough loss, the Plymouth offense was alive. Bailey Hatfield led the offensive attack going 4 for 4 with a double, 2 RBIs, and 2 runs scored. Audrey Himes followed suit going 2 for 2 with a walk and a hit by pitch. Mackenzie Derifield and Zoe Keilman each went 3 for 5 with one double each, and Jillian Smith also went 3 for 5 at the plate. The Pilgrims will host Goshen on Wednesday, May 11 for a 5:30 game.
