A home visit by Marshall County Community Corrections on
Tuesday morning, April 19th landed a Bourbon man in the Marshall County Jail.
Ward Byers and Charles Bowen from Community Corrections were conducting a home visit at 107 West Liberty Street in Bourbon when they located several precursors for methamphetamine. A search warrant was obtained and Bourbon officers also located a meth lab in the residence.
36 year old Joe T. Lynn of the Bourbon address was arrested for violation of home detention and booked into the Marshall County Jail with no bond.
38 year old Misty D. Orsund who was at the home was not arrested on Tuesday. A report will be forwarded to the Marshall County Prosecutor’s office for additional charges.
