Marshall County Police 27 year old Justin V. Syndram of Mentone Monday afternoon for Sexual Misconduct with a minor.
On Saturday, March 16, the Marshall County Sheriff Department received information that Syndram had a sexual relationship with a female under the age of 16.
An investigation showed that in September 2015 Justin Syndram had sexual intercourse with a 15 year old female in Marshall County.
Syndram was arrested for Sexual Misconduct with a Minor at 3:40 Monday afternoon and lodged at the Marshall County Jail with a $25,000.00 bond.
