34 year old Ena Ruiz of Plymouth was arrested Wednesday evening about 8 o’clock following a traffic stop by Bremen Police Officer Trent Stouder.
Ruiz was stopped at State Road106 East and Destiny Drive and charged with Driving Without Ever Receiving a License.
The charges and information supplied are merely an allegation that a crime has been committed. All subjects are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
