Plymouth_Logo_2014The City of Plymouth will hold their regular meetings Monday evening in the Council Chambers of City Hall.

The Board of Public Works and Safety meeting begins at 6 p.m.  Department heads will give their reports.  City Engineer will present a request from Comcast to work in the right of way at 552 Oak Drive.

The City Attorney will present the recommendation for entrance signage for the city of Plymouth from the sign committee, present the agreement with Marshall County for usage of the round-a-bout to place a welcome to Plymouth sign, present the request to release the financial guarantee for Michiana Contracting for the Nixon Field baseball lighting project and present a resolution designating a hand gun as surplus property of the Plymouth Police Department and authorize its transfer to a retiring police officer.

Listed under Other Business is Michael Iqubal and the property at 400 East Jefferson Street, a request by the Plymouth Kilwinning Masonic Lodge, an update on the Marshall County Economic Development Corporation by Executive Director Jerry Chavez, the request of Dr. Louis Plumlee to temporarily close Garro Street and the request of the Plymouth Chamber of Commerce to temporarily close North Michigan Street.

The Common Council meeting at 6:30 has not specific agenda items.
