Philip J. Wade, aka “Dirt”,  68, a lifelong resident of Plymouth passed away on Sunday June 25, 2023 at his home with his loved ones by his side.

Philip was born on February 6, 1955 in Plymouth to the late Glenn and Elizabeth (Komanich) Wade. 

Philip married the love of his life Susan Shock on July 20, 1974. Together they had two daughters.

Philip retired from Schenkels Dairy starting Wade Construction.

Philip had a passion for stock car racing and his Harley Davidson. He went on to participate in event all around the United States while meeting so many great friends along the way.

Philip is survived by his daughters; Julie Wade and Jennelle (Tim) Wade-Daniels.  He leaves behind two grandchildren; Justyn (Cayla) Wade and Vandalyn Daniels, and his new great grandson; Westyn.  Philip also leaves behind his siblings; Jeannie (Dan) Beam and Al (Becky) Wade.   

Philip was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Susan, and several family members that he loved dearly.

A celebration of life for Philip will be held from 3pm-8pm on Saturday July 22, 2023 at the Lapaz American Legion.  His favorite band, MGB will be playing from 5-8pm.
