On Sunday evening, June 19th at about 11:30 officers from the Plymouth Police Department responded to the 2550 North Michigan Street, the Red Rock Inn for an unwanted guest.

Arriving on the scene, officers were notified that 46-year-old Anthony Browne who was listed as homeless on the news release but was booked into the Marshall County Jail with the Red Rock Inn address was not a paying customer at the hotel.  He was causing problems and they wanted him trespassed.

Browne was asked several times by officers to leave but continued to refuse.

Anthony Browne was taken into custody and booked into the Marshall County Jail for Criminal Trespass and held on a $500 cash bond. He was released on Tuesday, June 21st about 11:45 with No Judicial Review.

Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
