On Wednesday April 28, officers with the Marshall County Drug Task Force U.N.I.T. along with the Indiana State Police, Plymouth Police and Marshall County Police executed a search warrant at 118 South Center Street in Plymouth. Four adults were arrested and 3 children were removed from the home by family members. Officers seized suspected marijuana, cocaine and evidence of dealing from the home, along with a handgun.
Jessica Kunze, age 41 of Plymouth was arrested for Maintaining a Common Nuisance as a Level 6 Felony and Neglect of a Dependent as a Level 5 Felony. She was able to bond out of jail on Wednesday afternoon.
Tyreke Balboa, age 19 of Plymouth was arrested for Dealing in Cocaine as a Level 3 Felony, Dealing in Marijuana as a Class A Misdemeanor and Maintaining a Common Nuisance Level 6 Felony $50,000 cash bond.
In another case officers with the Bremen Police Department assisting U.N.I.T. Officers also located and arrested Lisa Andrews for an outstanding Dealing in Methamphetamine warrant. She is currently lodged at the Marshall County Jail with a $25,000 cash bond.
Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
