arrested_handcuffsA Plymouth teen was arrested last Friday, December 6th after being involved in an accident at the intersection of Oak and PIDCO Drives.

Officers from the Plymouth Police Department were dispatched to two vehicle accident with injuries about 3:40 in the afternoon.

During the investigation it was determined that 19 year old Phillip Milton of Plymouth was Operating on a Controlled Substance.  He

was incarcerated at the Marshall County Jail for the OWI charge and Possession of Marijuana and Driving While Suspended and held on a $1,500 cash bond.  Milton is scheduled to appear in Marshall Superior Court II on January 7th.
