Officer Ray West with the Plymouth Police Department was dispatched to the Marshall County Probation Department Tuesday morning about 11:15 for a male that had failed a drug screen.
19 year old Ryan Kiesow of Argos was arrested without incident. He was transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was lodged for a Probation Violation and held with NO BOND.
