MugSHot_jessica tuttle 12-7-19A traffic stop Saturday morning, December 7th lead to the arrest of a South Bend woman. 

At approximately 4 a.m. Marshall County Sheriff`s Department Deputy Blake Bennett conducted a traffic stop in the area of US 6 and Michigan Road. The driver was identified as 20 year old Jessica Tuttle of South Bend.

During the traffic stop drugs, drug paraphernalia, and alcohol were located in the vehicle.  Tuttle was found to be under the influence of alcohol and was taken to Plymouth Hospital for a certified test.   She was found to be over the legal limit of alcohol.

Jessica Tuttle was booked in the Marshall County Jail for Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated Endangering a Person, Operating a Vehicle with an ACE of .08 or More, Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Marijuana, and Possession of Paraphernalia and additional charges may be forth coming.
