33 year old Enrique Perez-Nunez of Warsaw was stopped by Officer Arnold with the Plymouth Police Department on Saturday, December 7th about 1:30 in the morning.
The traffic stop was in the 1600 block of North Michigan Street. Perez-Nunez was arrested for false informing, driving as a habitual traffic violator, and a outstanding Kosciusko County warrant.
He was incarcerated at the Marshall County Jail on a $3,000 cash bond.
