Lady Lions ground Eagles
SOUTH BEND — The Bremen girls basketball team won a grind at South Bend Adams 29-26.
The Lady Lions drew a key charge and got clutch free throws from Erin Coffel and D.D. Duran to seal it.
Erin Coffel led the way with 11 points.
With the win, Bremen improves to 6-4 on the season and 3-2 in the NIC.
Bremen is in action on Tuesday at home against John Glenn. Varsity girls will play the first game of a boy/girl double header. Tip-off is at 6 p.m.
