Marijuana possessionOn Sunday, October 20th, 24 year old Shannon A Smith of Robbins, IL was stopped on U.S. 30 at Michigan Road for a traffic infraction by Plymouth Police Officer Shanna Gilmer.

During an investigation Smith was found to be in possession of marijuana.  He was arrested and transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was held on a $1,500 cash bond.
