arrestsPlymouth Police Officer Chad Beatty conducted a traffic stop Thursday evening about 9 p.m. at Center and Jefferson Streets.

During that traffic stop he took 36 year old Gary Werb of Jefferson Street into custody for two outstanding warrants out of Marshall County, one for Pointing a Loaded Firearm at another Person and the second one for Carrying a Handgun Without a License.  His cash bond was set at $5,000.

35 year old Casandra Wilds of Garro Street was also taken into custody.  She was held in the Marshall County Jail for Possession of Methamphetamine, Marijuana and Possession of Paraphernalia and held on a $3,000 cash bond.

They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
