MugShot_Braganini, Dario 10-11-19On Friday, October 11th, around 4in the morning, Officer Matt Geiger with the Bourbon Police Department responded to a possible impaired driver on U.S. 30.  The officer located suspected vehicle at Elm Road intersection.

The driver was identified as 31 year old Dario V. Braganini of Richland, Michigan was stopped for traffic violations. He was found to be in possession of marijuana and numerous prescription medications.

Mr. Braganini was charged with possession of a legend drug and marijuana and lodged in the Marshall County Jail. He was given a court date of Tuesday, October 22nd 2019 in Marshall County Superior Court II. He was given a cash bond of $4500.
