Plymouth pair arrested for dealing in meth, false informing, obstruction of justice, $50K bonds

The report of suspicious activity at Big Red Storage located at 5901 Michigan Road north of Plymouth Saturday night, May 4^th at 10:20 send officer from the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department to investigate. 

During their investigation, Marshall County Deputies discovered evidence of drug activity.

Tierra Dehn ,42, and Christopher Fortner, 34, of the 13,000 block of 5^th Road in Plymouth were transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked in for dealing in methamphetamines, possession of methamphetamines, false informing, obstruction of justice, possession of a narcotic, possession of paraphernalia.

Tierra Dehn and Christopher Fortner were both issued $50,000 cash bonds.

Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
