Just before 11 p.m. Monday, September 30th a resident in the 3600 block of 4th Road in Bremen called the Marshall County Police Department and reported that an unknown male subject was pounding on their door. 

When Officer Ayala with Marshall County Sheriff’s Department responded to the address he located 28 year old Tyler Hochstetler of Elkhart.

Hochstetler was found to be twice the legal limit.  He was transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked for Disorderly Conduct and Public Intoxication. Tyler Hochstetler was given an October 15th court date and a cash bond of $500.

Officer Ayala was assisted by officer from the Bremen Police Department.
