MCEDC_Greg Hildebrand 8-19-19Marshall County Economic Development Corporation (MCEDC) is pleased to announce that Greg Hildebrand has been hired as an Economic Development Project Manager. His responsibilities will include managing economic development projects and MCEDC priorities as well as ongoing communications. Hildebrand brings a varied media experience and management skills to the lead economic development organization serving Marshall County and its 6 communities. Most recently he was the Managing Editor at the Pilot News Group where he was employed for over 20 years. He has also worked in sales and print production.

He is a long-time resident of Marshall County, graduating from Culver Community and Ancilla College. “After a couple years in Bloomington, I returned to Marshall County eventually raising three children here,” said Hildebrand. “I can’t imagine a better place to raise a family or to work.”

“I am looking forward to this opportunity,” continued Hildebrand. “For all the assets that Marshall County can boast, the natural beauty, the location, I believe our number one asset is the people that call Marshall County home. This is an opportunity to help improve the economic opportunities not only for the current residents but also to assist in attracting additional employers and future residents.
