Marshall County Sheriff, Matthew Hassel, would like to invite the Marshall County Community to attend an Open House at the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department. Sheriff Hassel explains that the Open House is a great way for the department to connect with the community and showcase what all the Sheriff’s Department does. He would also like to extend a special invitation to anyone 18 years of age or older who is thinking about pursuing a career in public safety to learn more about what is available at the Sheriff’s Department.
The event will start with a presentation explaining what the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department does. Following that there will be a tour the facilities. You must be 18 years of age or older to tour the jail. There will also be a firearms safety class with an Indiana Law Enforcement Training Board Certified Firearms Instructor.
The whole thing takes place on Sunday June 2, at 2:00pm at the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department 1400 Pioneer Drive in Plymouth.
