A Plymouth man was arrested by County Police on Saturday, March 9th for Operating While Intoxicated.
About 7:30 in the morning Officer Bragg from the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department responded to a residence in the area of Michigan Road and 14C Road for the complaint of a suspicious vehicle parked in the residence`s yard.
Locating the vehicle, Deputy Bragg found it occupied by 34 year old Sergio N. Flores. Flores was found to be intoxicated and lodged in the Marshall County Jail for Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated with a BAC above 0.15% and Public Intoxication.
