County Police Arrested an Indianapolis man Friday, March 8th for Invasion of Privacy.
About 7:45 in the evening Officer Wozniak initiated a traffic stop on a black 2004 Pontiac Grand Prix in the area of US 6 and US 31.
The driver of the vehicle gave a false name and was taken into custody. Once identified, 27 year old Alfred D. Ward was found to be operating a vehicle with a suspended-prior driver`s license, had an active warrant through Marshall County and violated a protection order.
Ward was booked into the Marshall County Jail for False Informing, Driving While Suspended with a prior and Invasion of Privacy. He was held on a $1,500 cash bond for the new charges and $191 for warrant.
