Thomas Holloway, 19, of Plymouth is back on custody in the Starke County Jail for again violating his pretrial release. The state has filed a motion to revoke his bond. The revocation comes after testing positive for THC. The matter is scheduled for a hearing on Friday, September 28.
The Starke County Sheriff’s Department had arrested Holloway on September 15, 2018 for a 48 hour hold with no bond.
He was initially arrested in April 2018 and charged with rape, sexual misconduct with a minor and child exploitation that allegedly occurred on July 3, 2017.
