The manager of the Shell Station at 2405 North Michigan Street in Plymouth reported receiving several checks written on a closed account from Joseph B Dixon on Monday, August 13th.
The checks were written between July 31 and August 8th for a total of over $1300.
Plymouth Police Office Ray West located Joseph Dixon on August 10th and after an investigation arrested him without incident.
Dixon was lodged in the Marshall County Jail on the charge of Theft a level 6 Felony. His cash bond was set at $1,500
