Plymouth Police Officers were dispatched to 1121 Pennsylvania Avenue on Tuesday night about 11:30 for a reported battery.
After short investigation at the scene by Officer Chris Miller, 35 year old Daniel Ryan Nifong of the Pennsylvania address was placed under arrest for Battery resulting in Bodily Injury, Possession of Methamphetamine and Possession of Marijuana. He was held on a $1,500 cash bond.
