On Wednesday, June 27th, at 11:38 PM, Officer Ryan Richey conducted a traffic stop on Michigan Road north of Airport Road. After an investigation at the scene, 24 year old Jasem M. Abusheikh of South Bend was arrested for Possession of Marijuana.
Mr. Abusheikh was transported to the Marshall County Jail.
Officer Richey was assisted by other units of the Plymouth Police Department and the Marshall County Police Department k-9 unit.
Listeners and readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed.
