Driving Without a licenseJaime Lopez-Hernandez, 30, of Plymouth, was stopped on a traffic stop in the area of North Michigan and Klinger Streets on Friday, June 15th.

During the investigation Mr. Lopez-Hernandez was found to have never received a driver’s license.  He was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while never receiving a license and was incarcerated at the Marshall County Jail.

 

About 9:45 in the evening on Saturday, June 16 Plymouth Police Officer Jerrid Arnold stopped a vehicle at Oak and Jefferson.

The driver, 41 year old Cabrera-Ruiz of Plymouth was found to be operating without receiving a driver’s license.  Mr. Cabrera-Ruiz was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while never license and was incarcerated at the Marshall County Jail.

 

Listeners and readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
