On Monday, June 11th at 1:45 in the afternoon Plymouth Police Officer John Weir initiated a traffic stop on a silver VW for an infraction at US30 and Oak Drive. While speaking with the driver, it was found that he was Driving While Suspended with a Prior charge.
58 year old Greg Powell was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail.
